I didn't get to this point by chance, like many others I too had to go through a traumatic event that forced me to stop, turn everything off, and suffer... but it also allowed me to reflect, give the right value to things and above all decide which way to go.
I have always been a sports lover, but it is one thing to play sports and another to be a sportsman, a difference I didn't know at the time.
In 2015 I suffered a very serious motorbike accident, with various fractures and other complications: after almost a year and a half and various operations, I absolutely had to find the right recipe that would allow me to recover from the after-effects both physically and mentally.
I therefore started studying different disciplines, listening to different sources from different countries, testing the different recommendations on myself until I was able to combine them and create a healthy lifestyle capable of creating the right balance between nutrition, integration, practice sports, without forgetting the aspect of mental growth, a fundamental element for transforming a temporary balance into a stable lifestyle.


My knowledge is specific to the sports I practice:
Postural gymnastics: warm-up exercises and specific strengthening exercises to improve posture and strengthen the back.
Acrobatic gymnastics (basic level): handstands, flips, trampoline jumps.
Natural Body Building: exercises in the gym with weights for muscle strengthening and growth of muscle mass.
Gymnastics with elastic bands and different types of accessories for exercises without weights and without the need for a gym.
Gymnastics and stretches on TRX
Running on asphalt: half marathons and marathons.
Trail Running: mountain running with races of up to 20km and differences in altitude up to 1000m.
Swimming in the pool and in open waters (sea and lake).
Enduro mountain bike, with climbs on mountain dirt roads and downhill descents.
Dedicated Yoga and stretch sessions adapted to different types of training.
Mental coach: I accompany you in creating a clear vision of who you are, where you start from, where you want to arrive, what your motivations for the change are with the aim of creating a change of habit that will last over time and which will be perceived by you as an element so powerful and positive that it compensates for the effort needed to achieve it.




Due to the after-effects of the accident (arthrosis of the spine, 5 protrusions, several fractures, plaques in the arms and jaw, etc.) I had to and was able to develop a training style that was always attentive to posture and focused on isolating the muscles to train, which allows me to overcome any personal physical limitations, as well as work with people with physical problems and injuries, or in the recovery phase, integrating self-massage techniques with stretches and yoga techniques.
I am not a personal trainer who has done a X-hour course and offers you static schedules or workouts that are the same for everyone. I am a person who loves sport as a means of achieving a state of well-being and happiness, who practices various disciplines by integrating them together, able to combine different types of training and completing them with advice on nutrition and integration to help you achieve the objectives that we will have to establish together based on your starting point, dedication and desire to improve.
Although my knowledge is the result of decades of sports practice and self-taught study based on different international sources, before offering my services, I wanted to certify my knowledge through a complete training course that gave me the qualification of Personal Trainer 3rd level with qualification to operate in Italy but also throughout Europe (EREPS).


Every important change requires effort, but with the right motivation you will be able to face it head on and turn it into a habit, you will therefore be able to enjoy the results achieved over time and be satisfied with the person you have become.
I constantly practice these sports to which I combine a controlled diet and supplementation studied based on age and the type of physical activity carried out which has allowed me at the age of 45, despite injuries and serious inherited chronic physical problems, to have a physically fit and to live in Equilibrium with myself and the surrounding universe.
I can offer different types of workouts adapted to your needs and objectives, where we will combine postural exercises, with muscle strengthening exercises, with cardio exercises to improve the cardiorespiratory system, with the possibility of also receiving indications on how to improve the nutrition and use supplements (where necessary) to have more energy and improve longevity, without forgetting the mental aspect which I believe is fundamental for the change to be maintained in the long term.




I am not here to teach you simple exercises, my task is instead to help you create and achieve the healthy lifestyle best suited to you, through the gradual acquisition of new habits that will lead you to redesign your body, to have more strength, more mobility and live longer by drastically reducing the risk factors that lead people to get sick and live the last years of their life suffering, rather than enjoying their body, what nature offers and the knowledge learned during the long journey of life.
